Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Processing time Each piece is made to order and finished by hand in our Sydney studio. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping cost Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia.

Delivery Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. Delivery typically takes around 2 to 7 business days within Australia, depending on your location, with regional and remote areas taking a little longer. Delivery times are estimates only and aren't guaranteed.

Local Sydney delivery If you're in Sydney, we can arrange local hand-delivery. Get in touch at studio@storeroom.design before ordering and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or lost in transit Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at studio@storeroom.design straight away if anything has arrived damaged or hasn't turned up. We'll make it right. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect an order once it's dispatched, and re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur an additional cost.
