How long does production take?
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before dispatch. We’ll let you know when your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as production hasn’t started. Email us at studio@storeroom.design as soon as you can.
SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand. [NZ shipping cost and delivery time]
PRODUCT
What are the pieces made from?
Each piece is formed in matte PLA, a plant-based material chosen for its finish and the way it holds light. Every piece is formed, finished and assembled in-house in Sydney.
What colours are available?
All pieces are made in natural matte white. If you’re interested in another finish, message us before you order.
What bulb is included?
Every piece comes with an E14 warm white LED bulb (2700K). The bulb ships in its own box and drawstring bag, separate from the piece.
Are the lamps dimmable?
No.
Can I use them outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. Our pieces are for indoor, dry locations only.
Can I get a longer cable?
Not at the moment. All pieces come with our standard cable length.
SCONCES
How does the plug-in sconce mount?
With the 3M strips included. No drilling, so it’s renter-friendly. Fit the bulb before the sconce goes on the wall. Instructions come in the box, and you can download them from each product page.
Can I get a sconce hardwired?
Yes. ARC FOLD and BLOOM sconces are available hardwired, with no plug and no cord, for $249 each or $449 for a pair, bulb included. They must be installed by a licensed electrician. To order, email studio@storeroom.design.
PLUG AND VOLTAGE
Will it work in New Zealand?
Yes. Our pieces come with an Australian plug (240V), which is the same plug used in New Zealand.
CARE
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products and keep it away from heat above 60°C.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Can I see the pieces in person?
Our ARC FOLD and BLOOM Lamps are at HANDS, in Newtown and Paddington.
