How long does production take?

  • All pieces are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before dispatch. We will confirm once your order is ready to ship.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

How long does delivery take?

  • Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes. International shipping is a flat rate of AU$40 per item. Please note all products are configured with Australian plugs and fittings — see the plug and voltage section below.

Are your products compatible with international power outlets?

  • All products come with Australian E14 fittings and AU plugs (240V). International buyers will require an E14 to E12 adapter and an AU to local wall plug adapter. Compatible with 100-240V LED bulbs. Please check compatibility before ordering or message us with any questions.

What material are the lamps made from?

  • All pieces are precision 3D printed in matte PLA and hand assembled in-house in Sydney.

Can I request a different colour or finish?

  • Currently produced in natural matte white. Message us before placing your order if you are interested in other finishes.

Are the lamps dimmable?

  • No, the lamps are not dimmable.

What bulb is included?

  • Each piece comes with a compatible E14 warm LED bulb (2700K).

CARE

How do I care for my lamp?

  • Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and heat above 60°C.
